Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The retailer you purchased from should handle claims or returns less than 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you purchased your product directly from Evolution, the following applies:
- You may return your order by giving us notice within 45 days of the date of delivery.
- Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing, or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
- If you are returning because of any problem with the goods, please notify us when you schedule the return.
- When returning the goods, you must return them at your cost unless they are being returned because they are faulty. In this case, you should contact us, and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. We will only collect the item from the original delivery address.
Please note: Return your product directly from Evolution within 45 days of purchase.
- Unless faulty, the product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. It must be returned in the original packaging for safe return.
- The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including the blade and accessories. No parts should be missing, and the product should not have any adaptations or changes.
- A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and misused the product. Therefore, the warranty becomes void.
- All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email our customer support team at evolutioninfo@evolutionpowertools.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, mail your item to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return.
