The Evolution S6CCS-Li brings professional steel cutting performance to the cordless platform. Designed specifically for metal cutting applications, it combines cordless freedom, precision cutting and jobsite portability in a compact, easy-to-handle package. Whether you're working with steel sheet, conduit, channel, box section, pipe or fabrication materials, the S6CCS-Li delivers fast, clean and accurate results wherever the job takes you.
Using Evolution cold-cutting technology, the S6CCS-Li cuts steel in seconds, producing smooth, square, burr-free finishes that are cool to the touch straight off the blade. Unlike abrasive cutting methods, there are virtually no sparks, no harmful dust and no blade flex, helping you work more safely while achieving a superior finish with less clean-up and rework.
Powered by a high-torque 20V brushless motor and fitted with a cordless-optimized 40-tooth thin kerf blade, the S6CCS-Li is engineered to maximize cutting performance and runtime. Delivering up to 2-1/4" cut depth and capable of cutting through steel plate up to 1/4" thick, it offers the capacity and performance demanded by professional users while remaining lightweight and highly portable.
Precision is built into every cut. Clear cut line indicators, sight windows and an integrated LED worklight help improve accuracy, while the integrated removable chip collection system and vacuum extraction compatibility help maintain visibility and keep your workspace cleaner.
Supplied with a track adapter and parallel edge guide as standard, the S6CCS-Li is ready for accurate straight cuts in sheet steel, cladding and fabrication materials. When used with the Evolution track system, it delivers guided cutting with up to 2-1/4" cut depth. Combined with an electronic blade brake, rafter hook, tether point and onboard tool storage, it's a complete professional cordless solution for steel cutting on-site and in the workshop.
