1. Making A Purchase.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard and Maestro as well as American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shopify Pay. When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

2. Shipping Options.

For residential / domestic purchases only. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday, this service will usually result in the delivery of items the next business day, but may take 5-7 business days in some areas. In the unlikely event that you have not received all goods within this time, please contact our customer support team.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday, or placed on Saturday and Sunday, these items will be dispatched the next business day.

Additional handling charges are applied to the RAGE5-S table saw due to the size of the product.

 

3. Delivery Restrictions (Extended Areas).

Evolution Power Tools USA headquarters is based in Davenport, Iowa.
We do not ship goods from Davenport to any residential area outside the USA. The map below is a general representation. In limited areas, times may differ.

4. Credit Card Security.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

 

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Claims or returns less than 30 days from date of purchase should be handled by the retailer you purchased from.

If you purchased your product direct from Evolution, the following applies:

  • You may cancel your order before 03:00 PM CST the same day. If you placed your order after 03:00 PM CST then you have until 03:00 PM CST the next day to cancel your order.
  • You may return your order by giving us notice within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
  • If you are returning because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time be returning.
  • On returning the goods, you must return the goods at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. Please be aware we will only collect the item from the original delivery address.
Please note: Returning your product within 30 days of purchasing direct from Evolution.
  • The product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
  • The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. There should be no parts missing, or have any adaptations or changes to the product.
  • A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void.
  • All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.
