Orders placed before 15:00 CST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders after 15:00 CST will be dispatched the next business day.

Evolution offers a 1-2 day FREE delivery on all orders over $40.00 to anywhere in the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Delivery charge to Hawaii and Alaska is calculated at checkout based on weight of the total order, plus a $25.00 additional handling fee.
FedEx Ground® deliveries are also available. FedEx Ground® delivery charge is calculated based on total product weight and location / distance from Evolution HQ based in Davenport Iowa. Evolution is able to deliver goods to most of the United States on Saturdays and Sundays. Learn more about weekend deliveries and the areas that can be delivered on Sundays.

We do not ship goods from Davenport to anywhere outside the U.S. and is for residential / domestic purchases only. We are unable to ship to homes in: Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands. All Evolution saws and drills are covered with 3-year guarantee. (This guarantee does not cover blades & accessories, including circular saw tracks). Evolution chop saw stand has a 2-year guarantee.
Refurbished models are covered with a 1 year guarantee. The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later). Please keep your proof of purchase / delivery. For the full summary of cover view our warranty page.
Please note; We are unable to ship to or service product warranty claims in: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands.

The repair or replacement of your machine (at Evolution’s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Evolution will replace it with a functional replacement part).

Evolution does not warrant the repair or replacement of a product as a result of:
• Normal wear and tear (eg. Fuse, Fluids / Lubricants, Blades, Consumable, etc.)
• Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the machine which is not in use with Evolution’s user guide.
• Lack of servicing.
• Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Evolution.
• Use of parts and accessories (including blades) which are not Evolution Genuine Components.
• Faulty installation (except installation by Evolution).
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Evolution.

To return an item, please email our customer support team at evolutioninfo@evolutionpowertools.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If you have purchased direct from Evolution and the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund can be made straight away by our customer care team. If the goods have already been dispatched and are in transit, a returns request will need to be made, by contacting our customer care team. In the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your goods, and have returned them to us - after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

If your Evolution power tool requires attention from our engineers, we aim to have it collected, repaired and back to you within 7-10 working days (depending on your location).
