Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Claims or returns less than 30 days from date of purchase should be handled by the retailer you purchased from.
If you purchased your product direct from Evolution, the following applies:
- You may cancel your order before 03:00 PM CST the same day. If you placed your order after 3pm CST then you have until 3pm CST the next day to cancel your order.
- You may return your order by giving us notice within 45 days of the date of delivery.
- Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
- If you are returning because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time be returning.
- On returning the goods, you must return the goods at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. Please be aware we will only collect the item from the original delivery address.
- Unless faulty; the product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
- The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. There should be no parts missing, or have any adaptations or changes to the product.
- A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void.
- All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.
To return an item, please email our customer support team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, mail your item to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
