The Evolution R90JGS-Li Cordless Jigsaw delivers effortless cuts through sheet materials, powering its way through wood up to 3-1/2 in, plastics up to 2-2/5 in, and through 3/4 in thick mild steel thanks to its powerful DC motor, high capacity EXT Li-Ion batteries, and our multi-material cutting technology.
The R90JGS-Li makes precise cuts in new and reclaimed wood, plastics, composites, and metals thanks to its tough construction, and powerful motor. With long run times between charges, it’s the perfect tool for worksite and workshop use and its compact size and Multi-Material blade technology make it ideal for any home project.
The R90JGS-Li 20V Li-ion Cordless Jigsaw is packed with features; Multi-Material cutting technology, dust collection & vacuum attachment port, its maximum 3.5 in depth of cut, +/- 45˚ bevel capability and adjustable speed, and pendulum angle provide real versatility. Our Multi-material cutting technology takes almost all materials in stride. Powered by Evolution’s 20V EXT Li-Ion battery system the R90JGS-Li delivers long run times and has the power to cut wood plastics, composites, and metals with our Multi-material blade technology. The loaded version is bundled with our R18BAT-Li2 2Ah battery pack and R18RCH-Li Single Port Rapid Charger which will take you from zero to fully charged in only 30 minutes. All of Evolution’s EXT Cordless Li-ion power tools are compatible with all EXT batteries, so you can share across multiple tools for maximum versatility.

- Equipped with an air blower to blow dust away from the blade and the working area. Cutting lines are kept clear and readily visible aiding cutting accuracy.
- Supplied with an adjustable parallel edge guide - a useful aid when cutting and trimming laminate flooring, where accurate parallel cuts are often needed. Removal (or installation) of the edge guide is easy, enabling a quick return to freehand cutting when required.

- The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
- You must provide proof of delivery/ purchase before any work can be carried out on your machine. Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your receipt or delivery note.
- All work will be carried out by Evolution.
- Any parts which are replaced will become the property of Evolution.
- The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of warranty.
- The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- The repair or replacement of your machine (at Evolution’s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Evolution will replace it with a functional replacement part).
- Overseas users should contact the official importer for that country.
Evolution does not warrant the repair or replacement of a product when the following has occurred;
- Normal wear and tear (eg. Fuse, Fluids/Lubricants, Blades, etc.)
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the machine which is not in use with Evolution’s user guide.
- Lack of servicing.
- Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Evolution.
- Use of parts and accessories which are not Evolution Genuine Components.
- Faulty installation (except installation by Evolution).
- Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Evolution.
