The Evolution R8MTS is one of the most versatile and cost-effective saws on the market featuring an innovative 2-in-1 design that is both a compound miter saw and a table saw! Plus it comes equipped with Evolution Multi-Material cutting technology meaning it produces fine finish cuts through hard & soft wood, risk free cuts through reclaimed material with embedded nails and fasteners, burr-free and cool to the touch cuts through mild steel, accurate cuts through composites, laminates and more! With a rip capacity of 1-1/2” and a cross cut capacity of 4-3/4” x 2-3/16”, this saw has you covered for any type of cut, at any angle, through any material. 

SAFE. This saw prioritizes safety. The innovative miter blade guard keeps the blade covered until it contacts the workpiece and keeps the lower half of the blade concealed when in table mode to preventing accidents without the need for auxiliary guards. Supplied with a riving knife and table saw blade guard to further protect against blade contact and kickback. 

ACCURATE. The cast aluminum table top provides a perfectly flat and secure cutting surface and features a dual-clamp rip fence for accurate rip cuts. The mitering base features pre-set miter stops at common angles for quick angle finding and the thin kerf multi-material blade produces accurate and clean cuts through a variety of materials. 

VERSATILE. The unique design features a pivoting blade spindle which optimizes the cutting capacity in both saw modes that enables you to rip a 2x4 lumber. Quickly change between miter and table saw modes in seconds with simple locking pins to easy tackle any cut your project throws at you.
